I am blessed to have the opportunity to do what I am most passionate about, which is helping others. For the last 20 years I have worked with the idea of my purpose being to service others and help them to find peace and healing. As a young girl I found myself drawn to stories of people who had overcome adversity. These stories in many ways represented hope. The possibility of hope brought on a feeling of expectation that things could be better not only for others but for myself.

As an adult I love connecting with others and their stories about their life experiences and how they view the world. I believe every experience anticipated and unanticipated shape who we become. Transformation of the mindset can happen when your story is told and heard from a compassionate place.

Life has provided me with many challenges and with just as many blessings. It is my passion to help families, older adults, and families caring for generations to overcome challenges by providing a space where healing can occur.
