Essential to healthy aging is managing areas of your life that can impact your mental health such as depression, social isolation, loneliness, stress, medical illness, life transitions and self-care.
Many factors influence healthy aging, and some are not in your control, however many are and taking care of your mental health is within your reach.

Caregiver Therapy
Caregiving takes many forms.
If you provide care for another person, whether they are a friend or family member, whether they live with you or across the country, you may benefit from the support of a professional who understands from experience all that caregiving entails.
Caregivers may offer social and emotional support, handle finances, prepare meals, manage medications, provide transportation, or assist with personal care.
Each situation is different, however caregiving in any form can be challenging. It’s important as a caregiver that you are taking time to care for your own physical and mental health.
I offer individual and family consultations, in person or by phone, to support decision-making and problem-solving related to the caregiving role.
If you are caring for someone, please call and request a free 15-minute consultation.
